Privacy notice
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Plain-language notice for our pre-launch page.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address and the audience option you pick ("what best describes you"). If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), we store those alongside your signup so we know which channel brought you.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the page is used — pages viewed, scrolling, button clicks, approximate location, and device type. This is standard, aggregate usage data; we don't use it to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
- To email you when Momentum launches — that's the only thing the waitlist is for.
- To understand which parts of the page work and which channels bring interested visitors.
Who processes it
- Kit (ConvertKit) stores waitlist signups and sends our emails.
- Google Analytics processes usage analytics.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the signup form from bots; it is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What we store in your browser
- Google Analytics cookies (usage measurement).
- Your light/dark theme choice and which headline you were shown (localStorage), and campaign tags for the current visit (sessionStorage). None of these identify you.
Opting out & deletion
- Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To have your signup deleted entirely, reply to any email we've sent you and ask — we'll remove it.
- You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker; the page works fine without it.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the processors listed above.
